Originating from humble circumstances and an unjust world, The Equal Rights Party of America came to be when Elan Lemberg, our Party candidate for election day 2024 decided that enough enough was enough. With the growing injustice among the common people of the US, he was determined to make a change. What was once a neglected community rises from this broken world to become the voice for all the oppressed. We believe in equality for all people in all categories and ways of life. No matter what race, no matter what gender, no matter what religion, we will always strive towards equal rights and peace for all under strife.

No matter the cost, we will pay.
